The University of Tennessee has enjoyed a long run in championships for their women’s basketball teams. Coach Pat Summit has again lead her girls to an SEC championship when they beat LSU Sunday night and clinched their 17th in a row.

I have always thought Coach Pat Summit was an excellent example of a successful woman, and a mentor to hundreds, if not thousands, of young women from all over the country. Driven to excel and getting the recognition she truly deserves, this is a remarkable woman.
