There’s a new yoga studio that opened this month just a mile or two from my house. They completely remodeled an older home that has been zoned commercial and turned it into a modern, sleek yoga studio and tea room.
I’ve been looking into exercise alternatives because I know I’m spending way too much time at the computer and I feel like my legs and muscles are just wasting away. I want to get up and do something active and keep my health, so at the moment yoga is at the top of the list.
