Since the new year I have been working out every morning when I get up and at lunch i go for a run and a couple of hours before bed I have been hitting the weights. Making sure to get physically git this year has been on my agenda and I am sticking to it this year unlike the last couple of years where I just gave up after a couple of days or even weeks. Getting rid of all my bad habits and starting some new healthy ones was part of my goal for a better, healthier me. making sure to exercise and eat right is something we should all try and do more in our lives and I hope this post gets some one out there to start doing these simple and healthy things today that might not have tried them if they did not read my post.
